He leads us in prayer before and after each chapter, gives us the Scripture at hand, gives us brief reflections and applications, and presents correlating passages from elsewhere in the Bible. He keeps the teaching focused on foundational Gospel truths. Additionally, the section giving the I would definitely recommend this book.
